How to Use Fresh Celery
Farmer and herbalist, Jeni Jarrard-Donck of Crystal Organic Farm in Newborn, GA loves the start of celery season. Each year she combines some of the crop in a food processor with other herbs, veggies, and salt to make a delicious soup starter and bouillon replacement that can be used all year. The recipe (Jeni's only variation is to process with a blender or food processor rather than by hand):
