Prana Kitchens sources its Turmeric from Mr. Sundararaman lyer's Farms in Erude, India. His dedication to regenerative & organic farming practices have revitalized the soil. He adopts techniques such as addition of plant & animal waste biomass to the top soil, multi variety crop rotation, etc. These practices have significantly enhanced the microbial diversity in the soil, directly improving both crop yield & quality.
Prana Kitchen's is dedicated to paying their farmers a living wage, and surpasses typical Fair Trade pricing structures.
