Laid off from her decade-long job in real estate marketing and bound by a non-compete clause, she decided to pursue her passion for creativity and independence. Inspired by the rave reviews of her party-favorite cookies, she launched her business at a Brooklyn Etsy market, creating the name "Legally Addictive" in a flash of inspiration. Over time, she perfected the recipe, learned the food business, and delivered cookies across New York City by bike and foot.
